Happy Wednesday Yogis! Today we are restarting our cycle through the Yoga Sutras with the Yamas. Today we are actively exercising Ahimsa or Non-Harming. This can be with thoughts, words, or actions.
Or, perhaps focus on the kindness practice of Ahimsa today, and make a donation to support those less fortunate during the holidays.

Today we are revisiting National Hydration Day. This is one of my New Years Resolutions I want to revisit. Today track how much water you drink, and evaluate whether you need to drink more or less each day.
We also are covering Ayurveda on Hydration Check-In Days, and today we are talking about Ayurvedic recommendations for water intake.
For Monday’s practice, we are completing our breakdown of each pose in Sun Salutations!
Our Challengers are working on our last modified Sun Salutations focused on Adho Mukha Svanasana or Downward Facing Dog!
Our Daily Yogis revisiting Downward Dog, or perhaps keeping forearms grounded to work on Shisulasana / Dolphin pose.. and perhaps taking the first steps towards inversions.
For Sunday we are pausing our breakdown of each pose in Sun Salutations! New Yogis are learning Sitali Pranayama, a cooling breath great for summer!
