Hello and welcome to Daily Yogi!

Every day, we have a new suggestion for a positive action to make ourselves and/or the world a better place. We draw our Daily Yogi practices from Ashtanga, or the 8 Limbs of Yoga.

You can dive in and join the community with our current daily Ashtanga inspired positive practices or check out the members’ area for special interest groups and challenges. Or, maybe you would rather start at the beginning with an introduction to the 8 Limbs of Yoga, and our new beginnings practices like journaling to study your progress, or making a daily commitment you have always wanted to incorporate into your life.

Asteya – Non-Stealing – Day 3 – 2021

Today is Asteya (non-stealing) Day. We are practicing the positive of non-stealing, or generosity.

We have a bonus daily meditation challenge for March – today is a generosity meditation for Asteya Day.
