Hello and welcome to Daily Yogi!

Every day, we have a new suggestion for a positive action to make ourselves and/or the world a better place. We draw our Daily Yogi practices from Ashtanga, or the 8 Limbs of Yoga.

You can dive in and join the community with our current daily Ashtanga inspired positive practices or check out the members’ area for special interest groups and challenges. PS our groups section is still currently growing – We have the most interaction currently with our instagram where we have 2x daily posts and reminders for our Yogis around the world. Or, maybe you would rather start at the beginning with an introduction to the 8 Limbs of Yoga, and our new beginnings practices like journaling to study your progress, or making a daily commitment you have always wanted to incorporate into your life.

Upper 4 Limbs of Yoga – Day 1 – May 2021 Challenge – Meditation

Today we are learning about and practicing meditation. Challengers are learning a breath-focused meditation. Daily Yogis are practicing a meditation of their choice.

Today is also International Astronomy Day, so perhaps try our recommended celestial visualization meditation, or some meditative stargazing.
