Hello and welcome to Daily Yogi!

Every day, we have a new suggestion for a positive action to make ourselves and/or the world a better place. We draw our Daily Yogi practices from Ashtanga, or the 8 Limbs of Yoga.

You can dive in and join the community with our current daily Ashtanga inspired positive practices or check out the members’ area for special interest groups and challenges. Or, maybe you would rather start at the beginning with an introduction to the 8 Limbs of Yoga, and our new beginnings practices like journaling to study your progress, or making a daily commitment you have always wanted to incorporate into your life.
