Daily Yogi was created by Tarryn Tyler, a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher. After learning about the 8 Limbs of Yoga during Yoga Teacher Training, I was searching for ways to help integrate the yogi lifestyle. I started with flash cards of the Yamas and Niyamas in my daily planner. I created an app and website to help with daily gentle reminders for the various ways to be a kinder and calmer human, and to help form a community to help bring the positive change we want to see in the world.
Tarryn completed her first 200-hour yoga teacher training and Ayurveda continuing education in 2020. Her career background is tax, accounting, and real estate. Her education is focused on tax, business, and languages.
