Don al'adar yau, muna ci gaba da faɗuwar kowane matsayi a cikin Sun Salutations! Sabbin Yogis suna koyon High and Low Lunge da gyaran Rana Saluts tare da bambancin wannan Asana guda uku.

Yogis na yau da kullun suna sake ziyartar Anjaneyasana ko karkatattun huhu. PS Sau da yawa ina yin Sallolin Rana tare da Ashta Chandrasana / High Lunge don haka zan iya yin aiki da sauri a cikin AM ba tare da tabarma ba idan an buƙata.
