Today’s Positive Practice suggestion
Today’s Daily Yogi Practice is to go “back to basics” with either Phalakasana / Plank Pose or Purvottanasana / Reverse Plank Pose. Either of these Asanas are great foundations for Yoga Workouts – see Phalakasana / Plank Pose for an arm workout and Purvottanasana / Reverse Plank for a glute workout!
