Great post! Ndatenda nechiyeuchidzo nezvekukosha kweShavasana mukuita kwedu. Hi Jess, thanks for your question. Yes, I do personally find longer meditation sessions to be beneficial, and consider Shavasana to be the meditation portion of my Asana practice
