Today’s Daily Yogi Practice is a practice of your choice. I am practicing one of my New Years Resolution focuses for 2022 – Aparigraha (Gratitude). Or, since we have been focused on Asanas for September and are transitioning to a focus on Meditation for October, so I recommend a Pranayama practice for today!
